The Problem With

The problem with the problem with:

A spirit duplicator sometimes fails
To exactly transpose the details.
Like a mistake in (mistaken) DNA,
it may contain an an extra duplication.
The sppirit apparates.
The spitrit finds a spittoon.
The spirits multiply.

Inherent in the design is the flaw.
Duplication duplicity duplexing duplets.
Each clone a lesser one than before
Weaker and more borken.

The problem with the problem with.

  1. Self referentiating, identify the problem as the problem. It is what it is. Also a bit of the Rumsfeldian auto-referent: the known knowns, the things we know we know, which are slippery and spirited. I would like more spittoons!

  2. Yes, I love the cyclical pattern of this. It reminisces on the chicken or the egg...

  3. The borkenness of the duping duplexes most elsewhere reminds me of the identicality of those row houses that row out into the fields without too much regard to wonder or awe. Most verily a spittoon may spit out an ion some eons from now.
